3. Purchasing Artwork

  • Original Art Sales: All sales of original artwork are final unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to represent artwork accurately but colours may vary by screen/device.
     
  • Payment: Payments are processed securely via Paypal. We do not store payment information.
     
  • Shipping & Delivery: Artwork is shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location.
     
  • Returns & Refunds: Refunds are only accepted in cases of damaged goods. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof of damage.
     

4. Commissions

If you commission custom artwork:

  • A deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
     
  • The final piece will be delivered digitally or physically as agreed.
     
  • Commissions are non-refundable unless cancelled before work begins.
     

5. User Submissions

If you upload or submit content (comments, reviews, images), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of this website or any products purchased from us.

7. Links to Other Websites

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

8. Privacy Policy

Return and Refund Policy

At paullloydart.co.uk, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every piece of art arrives in perfect condition. Because our products are often unique or made to order, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Original Artworks

All sales of original artworks are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

2. Prints & Reproductions

We accept returns or exchanges on prints/reproductions within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival
     
  • There was an error in the order (wrong size, incorrect item, etc.)
     

To request a return:

  • Contact us at paullloyd65@yahoo.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order
     
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage
     

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

3. Digital Downloads

All sales of digital artwork or downloadable files are non-refundable. If you experience any technical issues, please contact us, and we’ll help you access your files.

4. Commissions & Custom Orders

Commissions are non-refundable once work has begun. If you wish to cancel before the artist starts, a partial refund may be issued (typically minus any deposit).

We do our best to communicate throughout the commission process to ensure you're happy with the final result.

5. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 days
     
  • Provide photos of the packaging and the item
     
  • We’ll either issue a refund, send a replacement (if possible), or offer store credit
     

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit.
     
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
     

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
